All our shipping is taken care of via UPS GROUND. 

Return Policy

Colorado Pet Gear wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If any item you have received does not meet your expectations, you may return the unused item in its original packaging for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order.  In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. A refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling, or freight charges.  

Backorder Policy 

If for some reason an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you by e-mail within 48 hours of the order with an updated estimated date of shipment. You may then let us know if that new time frame is acceptable, or if you wish to cancel the order or choose to select a replacement item.

Shipping Policies 

We normally ship all in stock items within 2-3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are y shipped via UPS  and actual delivery time will vary according to your location, in most cases averaging 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please call us or e-mail us for current shipping price and times for particular products and locations.  We will be happy to accomodate you and your shipping needs,( we need the information about how fast you need the item ), so we can calculate the costs for you.
   
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.

Damaged Goods Policy 

All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Colorado Online Enterprises LLC. Colorado Pet Gear is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or, if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Colorado Pet Gear at no charge.  Should you decide you wish a replacement of the defective and /or damaged item, We will do so gladly once the originally ordered item has been returned to us for inspection, etc.
